BOT INTERFACE
Bot interface is a control panel fitted on to the spraying machine. The system serves multiple purpose.
Acts as an input for the driver to put in job details.
Operation of the Spray- Select the crop being operated on, setup technical parameters such as the height of the spray based on the age of the crop, select the type of spray etc. Once every operation is done it sends out report to the cloud which gets relayed to the mobile application.
Shows status and live feed - Display system status, device status, operation status, speed. Apart from operation there are peripheral devices used in the process which also have statuses.
Configuration - Configure and test nozzles, camera settings etc.
From the Field visit, we were able to deduce that the following points were the main point of focus,
Simplify the process of setting up and configuring the machine for a spray
Ensure that content on the screen is accessible while the driver operates the machine.
Reduce the number of tabs and screens that were present within the existing system.
Information Architecture
Information was defined for the two personas, Driver and Technician

Visual Design - Light Theme

Operations: Driver setups a spray service job and monitors the system status and job summary
Spray Settings: Driver tests and configures the nozzles and defines spray parameters such as Buffer and Sensitivity.
Camera Feed: Driver can view the camera feed to check if crops are being detected as expected.
System settings: Driver/Technician configure the interface and perform maintenance operations

MOBILE APPS
In order to meet the user's needs, there was a need of two mobile applications,
Farmer application - used by farmers to book spray services
Partner application - used by drivers/VLEs to view and accept requests, onboard bots, drivers etc.
User Story Mapping
In order to define the features for the applications we had multiple discussions which made us understand the courses of action for each persona. Following that we put in a lot of hours in user story mapping to define primary use cases and the required steps for each of them

Visual Design
The goal of the visuals was to ensure the functionality was as per the user's need and at the same time, follows the brand guidelines of Niqo Robotics. This is a glimpse of the screens from both the Farmer and Partner app from over a 150+ screens that have been designed.
WEB DASHBOARD
Niqo Robotics dashboard is a browser based web application which helps the Niqo admin to monitor all the activities. Dashboard comes into play after services have been deployed all over the country. It is designed to help monitor various KPI's maintenance records of the bots, Performance of VLEs, Drivers etc.
Feature Prioritisation
In order to understand the content of the dashboard, we conducted multiple stakeholder interviews to grasp the requirements and classify them based on the following verticals,
Strength: Data that tells us the current state of the ecosystem
Opportunities: Information regarding possible methods to expand reach and increase revenue
Weakness: Issues that may affect the business drastically

Wireframes
A glimpse of the wireframes for the web dashboard. The evolution of concepts started from a conventional layout as the first thought that came to the table. Refinements and explorations of the layout, information displayed, navigation etc led us to arrive at the refined form.
Visual Design
We decided to opt for a unconventional design here with the map spanning across the entire dashboard with information overlayed on top of it. The goal was to always provide the users feedback on the current status of the Bots and Drivers which would provide value to the user's to take appropriate actions based on the statuses.
That's all folks
